Managing Stress through DBT

Join Heritage Valley Health System to learn about Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). DBT offers distress tolerance coping skills to help manage stressful situations. Professional Staff from the Staunton Clinic will teach stress reduction techniques that you can do at home, including regulating body temperature, muscle relaxation, and paced breathing techniques. Please join us to learn about the importance of stress management!
