Room Rentals

Western Allegheny Community Library has a variety of public areas for formal and informal meeting use. Various study tables and the café are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Community Room, Event Room, Backyard, Conference Rooms, and Study Rooms may be reserved ahead of time according to the Room Use Policy and the below rates.

We have the following equipment available as part of room rental:

Built-in projector, screen, & speakers (in Conference Room 2, Event Room, & Community Room)
Videoconferencing equipment (Meeting Owl 360-view camera/microphone; may be used in any room)

Please fill out the application below to check availability before the desired date (preferably at least two weeks prior). Initial contact does not guarantee space in the desired room; a staff member will contact you when your application is processed. A date is only confirmed once reservation is verified and deposit (if applicable) is received. See the Room Use Policy for details.

Room rentals are only available during OPEN library hours. Please note that occupancy numbers are fire code maximums, and actual capacity for comfort of using the room and parking ability will be less.

By submitting below, I agree with the conditions in the Room Use Policy and I accept responsibility for the organization or individuals associated with this rental. I agree to hold Western Allegheny Community Library free and harmless from any and all liability of any nature. I recognize that if the room use conditions are violated (i.e. neglecting to return the room to its original condition or staying after library hours) this may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or not being allowed to rent a room for a period of up to 3 months. I understand room assignments are based on availability and that submitting this form does not guarantee the rental. A staff member will be in contact to confirm if space is available, at which time the security deposit (if applicable) will be due to confirm the reservation.
