Looking for a whole body cardio workout? If so, join Melissa from Body Systems Fitness for this high intensity interval training (HIIT). This class consists of 8 rounds of exercises in a specific 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off rotation. You can do anything for 20 seconds, right? Be sure to bring a mat or towel and a bottle of water.
