Tabata Training

In case you missed it last month, Body Systems Fitness is back with a trial of Tabata, their high intensity interval training (HIIT). Jess will be putting her own spin on 8 rounds of a 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off exercise rotation. Be sure to bring a mat or towel and a bottle of water.
